

Ms Mirza, a Specialist Orthoptist with more than 20 years of NHS experience, now working privately across Kent and East Sussex. Her professional expertise lies in helping children and adults manage certain visual and eye movement difficulties that can affect everyday life.
Ms Mirza knows from years of experience that problems such as double vision, headaches, eye strain or visual processing difficulties don’t just impact the task in hand– they can also affect your confidence, learning, work and quality of life. That’s why she ensures that every patient feels welcome, listened to and supported.

She has experience in supporting both children and adults with symptoms associated with eye movement disorders. She has a particular interest in binocular disorders (convergence and accommodation anomalies) and in visual processing disorders. Alongside visual development in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
